Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 4 pieces of chicken thighs with skin
  • 1 tsp of dry chives
  • 1 tsp of garlic herb
  • 1 tbsp tomato sauce
  • 1 large tomato, tinly sliced
  • 2 large agria potato, boiled
  • 1/2 red onion, fine sliced
  • Cos lettuce
  • Mustard sauce
  • Tomato sauce

Preparation

  • In a large bowl, mix chicken thighs with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and tomato sauce, salt, black pepper and dry chives and garlic herbs.
  • Mix it well until chicken thighs are completely coated with the mixture and herbs and put it aside for 5 minutes.
  • Boil the potatoes in pan for 15 minutes.
  • While potatoes are boiling, heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Then add chicken pieces and cook it for 6 to 7 minutes each side until lightly golden browned.
  • Make sure chicken is fully cooked and there is on pink in the centre. Remove the chicken from heat once cooked.
  • Peel off the potatoes and cut into half or thin long slices.
  • Put onion, tomato, boiled potato and cos lettuce with chicken thighs and serve with sauces.
  • Enjoy the meal.

Tips

  • Do not over cook the chicken.
  • Add salt as per your taste.
